Big O Tires

Everything was fine except the cost of fixing a flat. I was in the same store less than 2 months ago and the cost was $20 or a $20 donation to a charity. This time it was $25. Why the price increase? I have been coming to Big O for service on my car for about 2 years. I have spent extra on a few other things at this store. True, I didn't buy the tires at Big O. I guess times have changed. Big O used to not even charge to fix a flat.

Highly satisfied with all the work and interactions had with employees, just can't say I'm highly satisfied with the overall trip as a lot of money had to come out of my wallet.

It was just a little expensive

There main goal was to upsell. You schedule a service for a certain price and the whole time your there they try and talk you into upgrading said service or adding more stuff.

I have always thought that fixing a flat is a quick in and out service. Since I didn't buy these tires at Big O, I guess that's why I was charged. from the time I got there until I left, it took about an hour and a half.

They did good but did not go above and beyond.

Lug nut was stripped charge to fix $200! Not sure who and when this happened?! At visit? Or before? First time I had tires rotated or off since a bought the car

The staff was friendly and on point,easy to deal with and very professional.

The car wouldn’t start when I picked it up, but I haven’t had any battery problems prior to my appointment at Big-O.

Everything went well, very nice associate that checked me in. The only reason I could not give the highest rating was I called to make the appointment and that day the phones rang and rang and rang; no answer, no automated message, no response. Found out the next when I gave it another attempt that the store closed early @ 2p. In addition, my car's computer was not reset (warning for due date for oil change). Have always had that done no matter where I took the car.
