I called to ask for priority of what to do today since I hadn't scheduled and knew it would potentially be about 6-8 hours. Antonio said " bring it in if you can get here about in about 30 minutes we should be able to get it done for you today." He took the time to check that all needed materials were available. Who does that? I'll tell you! The Big O Team at 6195 W Bell Rd does that! I have not had a "less than" experience with them and today was Over The Top extra mile. Jason is always honest and up front about what is needed, Alan (Allen?) is the same. He told me what was needed a few months ago and honest about what was best. Dan worked on my car today, identified and recommended 3 additional significant needs. Once I gave the go ahead on two of them, he proceeded to complete them. All told, I was in and out in 3-4 hours with everything that was needed/completed. This includes a test drive. My car is now quiet running, smooth traveling, no longer pulling to the right and I Completely Trust that my grandbabies are safe in the car. Way to go Jason and Team!!! I appreciate you all and your Honesty and Integrity Every time! Grateful and Blessed!

Everyone was helpful and friendly, they got me the correct parts needed in a timely manner. Alan at tge front desk took care of me, and helped me out with everything needed.

They are with all their customers not just me.
