Was told it'll take 1hr and 15 minutes, took nearly 2 hours for an oil change

Great value as I had a coupon in my email. Very friendly service

I'm a first time customer. I saw a coupon in the weekly newspaper flyer. I tried the location and Juan was an excellent ambassador. The service was done quickly and there was minor upselling. I am price sensitive and if future pricing is competitive will likely use BigO again.

No appointment, checked right in. Service completed in less than 2 hours. Service Manager took time to run through the entire check list with me.

I came in at 4:50 for an oil change and it unexpectedly didn’t finish until 6:10. This location closed at 6 but all staff were friendly even though they had to stay late to finish the job. The staff is always friendly

Jason was busy as heck but he keep everybody up with what each vehicle updated. The other associates were just as awesome

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They do their best to help with the issues.
