The staff here is GREAT! It doesn't who you speak with either - they are all friendly and know their product! Since recently discovering this store and have made two major purchases in less than one week. YIKES!!

They have always treated us well and given sound advice. Did a great job in fixing our one bird feeder which had cracked. Employees are all well versed in birds.
