It was in for Oil Change and look at tires as they are not holding air. Dropped it off at 2pm, by 5:35 had not heard from them, store was scheduled for closing at 6, called and couldn’t get through to the correct store. It seemed like a long time for what needed to be done, once I got to the Shop everything was explained and to why I didn’t get a call and why they couldn’t answer. I was very satisfied with the service considering it was basically a one man show on the front desk and the shop was very busy from the looks of all the vehicles in the parking lot and bays.. I’m sure it’s frustrating when short on employees. Thank you Jason

Great people great service

I have been going to this location for years, with all of my vehicles. I will go nowhere else and will always wait for an appointment to open up. All of the staff are always courteous, a please to speak with and always good conversation while I'm there...including the mechanics...don't ever forget the front-line people! Absolutely amazing! I came in for an oil change with my both my daughters and was blown away with how we were treated. Both Sheryl and Savana were sweet and playful with my oldest daughter. That seems to never run out of energy. They made me feel right at home. I never felt like I was that crazy mom trying to juggle her kids and an oil change. On the way out the door I was given a free pizza to dominos. Ill I can say is that they go above and beyond. Thanks

I took my Merc.in to get what I thought was a broken muffler support bracket. Fixed free! Apparently it was a simple fix...so ?No charge!?. I would definitely return to this branch of Midas again should the need arise.

I made the appointment thinking I’d have to wait a few weeks to get my winter tires on. It was almost the next day. Great! The men in the office are very friendly. I appreciate being able to go in and out quickly.
