Great job friendly told me what will need to be fixed overall great work

My Midas advisor Cheryl did excellent job explaining my car problems in great detail. She was kind enough to send pictures of the issue with my car. After see the picture of issue my car it got service on Monday Feb. 12, 2024. Cheryl also mention Wippy Pay to further assist with my brake repair. On Feb. 13 brought car back to Midas to gave front brake services on the car. Jessie Howe was extremely helpful to me with the Wippy Pay. Some of my information wasn’t displaying on Midas data base. He was able to resolve the issue. Bobby Hull did great up on replacing brakes and pad on the front of my car. Kudos to everybody who service my car on Monday and Tuesday.

I was very impressed with the women I spoke to. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I hope some of the mechanics are women as well.

The service guys were great, explained everything, friendly and dropped me off at gym while my car was repaired and picked me up when ready.

Cheryl is amazing, extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything. She also advised me of a battery issue that I wasn’t aware of and provided me with the time to contact the supplier I purchased it from to utilize the warranty.

On our way to a skating competition from Montreal to Toronto, my brand new alternator died. We were stranded, we called every garage we could think of, no one could help. We needed a miracle, and Midas provided it. Thru a friend of a friend, we found out that Midas not only had the parts but would fit us in best they could if we could make it there before 10:30 am. They save the day! Jesse at the front desk, was kind, helpful and knowledgable. By 3:30pm we were back on our way and made it on time to the rink. It was my first visit to Midas and it will be my first call next time I need something. Thank you Jesse, our Knight in gold harmour!

Cheryl was very helpful and professional. She looked for a range of tires when most people would just give you a minimum effort. I spoke with other big companies and they seemed to not want to make an effort. Her co-worker (Jesse) was also helpful and they both made you feel important. A very positive interaction...and the Midas brand winter tires (Maxtrek M7) felt great during our first snow of the year!

I usually come to Midas for oil change but was worried about coming in during COVID.I found the experience fantastic.Prescreening and hand sanitizing stations. Makes me feel that are as careful with our health as they are with our cars.
