Jason was very professional and helpful. The bills were a bit mixed up but understandable as he was very busy. He fixed the situation right away and apologized although that wasn't necessary. Partially my fault. Thanks again Jason. I feel he gave me a very fair price for the work.

A better alternative to dealer service I've been burned a few times doing that.Midas is full service and don't do things that aren't necessary.

As in all previous service needs the required work was explained to me and done promptly. The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. I appreciate the fact that I get a heads-up about a potential repair in the near future and that nothing is done without my prior consent. I first got my car serviced at Midas after moving here in 2005 and have not felt the need to try anywhere else. I recommend Midas to anyone I have occasion to talk to about car service.

The owner, Jason, has been providing service for my vehicles for many years and I have always found him to be reliable and honest. I even live in another community now and will drive the extra distance for service with him.

Everything went great. They inspected the vehicle provided detailed explanation on the issues and gave me an estimate on the repairs. They were fairly quick and it didn't cost too much.

When I go to the Victoria Midas on Douglas Street. I feel I get an honest appraisal of the condition of my truck. The work required is explained in detail and is completed in a timely manner.

Guys were kind, thorough and courteous.
