I have been using this service department for several years always satisfied This time several expensive things needed doing but was explained carefully an old car but hopefully now many more miles!!

I expected a simple battery change but it took all day to bring it up to full charge (didn't happen - only 40% charged). They finally replaced the battery but did confirm that it was not the alternator causing the inability to start my Jeep. Service people were especially helpful and I appreciated the extra work to confirm all was okay. Merry Christmas!

The counter staff were organized and very helpful. They communicated well and were friendly. They worked hard to be helpful and it appeared that good communication was happening between them and the mechanics. I felt like my car was in good hands.
