I experienced a quick response and if I can relay on the data of my braked condition provided by Midas the result looks good. I cannot judge the labor specifically as I did not have an option to watch the the process so far my car feels in good condition.I

Everything went well; a novice employee gave me a quote by phone for a new battery that was too expensive ( I went for a long walk during service) but supervisor quickly corrected it when I returned which was appreciated

We have been customers of this Midas location for over 20 years. They let us know what need to be done, and help us to determine how to complete the repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. They work very hard to keep us as customers. While I am sometimes a little surprised when they uncover an item that needs to be attended to, when I look into it a bit further I am thankful that they identified a issue before it became a real problem.
