My car is serviced withmidas every six month. Always very satisfied. Yesterday I had a problem which I was worried about. Turns out it was a very minor fix Went to pick up my car ready with my Visa card and was shown a bill with 0.00 charge. Now that is service. A few weeks ago another business itookmy carto to get the snow tyres changedandwsstold I needed 2 new tyres. Thenitookmy carto Midas for its 6 monthly service and asked the guys to check the tyres. Tyres are fine and they even said so in writing. Previous company it was just spoken word. Thanks saanichton Midas!

I have always received the best service with my local Midas service centre over the many years. I trust the team at the Brentwood Bay location and always know that they will do their best to service my vehicles.

The customer service is always very friendly. They explained what they were going to do and the cost was conveyed clearly. No issues at all.

Well I asked what the price would be for front wiper blades and he said $20 something like that. After I paid for the bill and I drove off I noticed I was charged about $55 for the front wiper blades. I thought the $20 or whatever he initially said was for the pair so that was pretty shocking I told a friend of mine and he just couldn’t believe it

I have been dealing with this Midas site for over 20 years. I am pleased with their service. It is relatively close to where I live.
