I recently submitted a very unfavorable review and would like to submit another much more favorable review. Mike Mason called me early this morning to address my concerns of a possible overcharge. I now understand why my oil change was more than my friend'

Been with Midas for about 25 years and I have a good relationship with the personnel.

I flaked on several appointments and was not the easiest customer to deal with and they never let it effect my appointment when I was finally able to get time to bring my car in for some much needed TLC
