I thought I needed a new battery as I was advised to do so from the towing company that gave me a boost on Sunday. So, I made an appointment online and as promised Gary called me within the 30-minute guarantee of a return call on Monday morning. The tech did a diagnostic and concluded that my battery was still very good as was the starter and the alternator. I was more than happy to pay for the diagnostic and not a new battery. I only use the Midas in Brentwood Bay for all of my vehicle concerns, and they are always great in every way. Thank you, Corinne
