Midas

This is supposed to be 1 star only but the survey won't allow me. I'm not satisfied with the service. I paid for oil change and tire rotation but Midas did not complete tire rotation. First time to get car service at Midas - and it was a bad experience.

Overall a good experience. Tire installation took about 1hr, 15 min. I didn’t think it would take quite that long, but it is busy season so I should have known better. Process was straight forward.

"Shop installed the wrong muffler and force installed it poorly. When complained they said it is fine and they will fix it, but not replace the muffler. Really I don't want any of their fixings, no thank you. The Manager says it turned out this way because "

I came to this location because I wanted to service my Grand Caravan's breaks and because the car emergency breaks' cable was broken (I actually felt when the cable broke). I told them in advance that the vehicle needed the emergency break to be fixed. The

we've used Midas at this location since our cars warranty ran out about 8 years ago - we're comfortable with Midas and they don't try to upsell you on services that really aren't needed

I recently got my snow tires put on at this shop. I had my tires stored there over the summer season. When my tires where put on it seemed there was no issue. But recently my car was making a sound and because I wasn't in the area I had another shop check
