James was very helpful and understood what I was telling him about problems with my car. He knew I was going on a long trip with my car so he checked thoroughly to make sure my car will be safe. Midas is the only place we go to get our vehicles serviced and these guys care about us.

First of all the price was right as per usual, the staff knowledgeable, the staff friendly and John at Midas phoned me at home to tell me his recommendations, the price involved and what it all entailed and the fact that it would all be done quickly. I can not tell you how much I appreciate knowing all the information. I have taken my cubes to the dealership many times over the years and never got a full explanation of what to expect and always very expensive. Not so here. I absolutely in truth love these guys.
