I was presented with the 4 tires for the price of 3 promotion which I thought was a great deal. A quote was prepared online which identified all associated costs up front, also great. Service was fast and painless with the work done ahead of schedule and priced per agreed quote. Thanks to the staff who helped me!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. I have called probably 1t mechanics, and none of them were as patient or informative as he was. That is what made me initially book. When I dropped off the car he was very straight forward and told me what needed to be done, didn't try to upsell things I didn't need, and ensured I understood everything. Everyone involved in my experience was super helpful. I feel much better about my car now, and I will not be going to any other mechanics for my car issues.

I went in for an oil change and of course there was a long list of issues with my car and other things I needed done and I got a phone call about this very shortly after dropping off the car and the associate was really kind and took me through all the options and prioritizing what I needed since I didn't really have the money for everything- however I had a $49.99 coupon but I think they gave me the $10 off coupon instead :( (he was trying to be nice and processed the coupon automatically for me but this one was more expensive)

I was happy when they said it will be 1-1/2 hr and it was right on the dot. They also didn't try to up sale me in anyways. And did a full check/tires that was included in the oil change price.

Antonio was very helpful. I am not entirely a car person and he didn't judge me for knowing things about it. He also showed me some features in my car. Communication was fantastic from Midas and car was fixed with a reasonable price

I had a friend refer me to Midas in Vancouver. The appointment was booked promptly. The check-in the day before was polite and non-disruptive. I went in at 7 am on a Saturday morning for an oil-change and tune-up. I was out of their office with my SUV

I’m always treated well at this Midas location and I never feel that they are trying to up-sell the work. Also, as a woman, I don’t feel that they are talking down to me.
