Antonio invited me to bring my Matrix to Midas and I have been very satisfied ever since. On one occasion when my tire pressure was low they interrupted their work to get me on the road again. Bringing in one's car during the pandemic was well-organized. I greatly appreciate being given a loaner-car.

Nathan was super great to communicate with for my service. I was greeted with a warm face upon entering and he kept me informed throughout my service and was clear on the phone about what they were doing as well as the pricing so there weren’t any surprises for me.

I appreciate that they're thorough, friendly, and communicate honestly. I appreciate little extra things they do for free ( like removing my bent licence plate and making it flat for me as per my request ). Before I had brought my car in because I had a scraping noise around my front wheel. I thought it was something expensive like wheel barrings but it was a plate that needed a little adjustment and I wasn't charged. It was a relief and I return to mechanics who do nice things like that for me. I return to give them my business because of honesty and friendliness.

I've taken my car to so many establishments and have always been confused/disappointed with what my car really required. I was expecting to come pick-up my car and have "all of these things wrong with it", but they were able to confirm what I should watch out for and what was necessary to fix in the near future.
