Antonio was very helpful thought out the service. He was able to explain the issues fully and talked though options and the repercussions of the decisions. He communicated well though text and e-mail (as I preferred) while the vehicle was being serviced. All in all I felt cared for and have confidence in the service.

Because of medical treatments my time window was very tight. Initially I was told to bring my car in and I'd be notified when the work was finished. I asked if we could tighten up a scheduled time and they bent over to accommodate me. I brought my car in and before I sat down in the office it was already in the shop. It was repaired very quickly because it was a common problem and I gave all the vehicle specifics. Well done! The last major repair on a 20+ year old car. Now good for a long time to come.

I have been taking my previous vehicle and this one to Midas on Main for many many years. There are a lot of places in competition with Midas so I keep going there because the service is excellent and the quality of workmanship even better. I like getting the lube and oil change done there because they look over the whole vehicle and we can repair early which gives me reliability with the vehicle and saves money overall. Great work guys
