I have, in the past, had experiences with other places that made me nervous about getting my car serviced. Since I have been going to Midas I feel more at ease that I am not being overcharged or charged for something I don’t need

I bring this shop junk. They make every effort to find inexpensive parts. They've done checks, and haven't charged me for them because it was obvious what the problem is from the off. They keep me informed about what's happening with the vehicle. I feel like I get to make decisions based on their reports without being pressured into it. The shop NEVER tries to upsell me. They never try to play me. They are very accurate with their turnaround time for the work (this last time, the guy phoned me spang on the time he predicted six hours earlier). This is a good shop and I have returned to it multiple times. I've directed others to it because I consider them trustworthy. This is my shop.

These guys are the best. Honest and trustworthy. They dont try to turn my $50 oil change into $500.

Aaron, who owns/runs this location, has created a comfortable and honest environment for the customer. He builds trusts through genuine connections with clients and explains things in ways the customer understands so they can make educated decisions on next steps without feeling confused or pressured. He’s an unbelievable asset and I recommend his location to everyone I meet!

I booked online after hours the night before. As per website I would get a confirmation within 1 hour of opening the following day. The text arrived before 8 am. I knew exactly what time my appointment was The rep at the check in desk was polite and informative. Easy drop off and pick up The cost of the service was extremely fair

I would recommend this Midas location. Owner Erin is professional quick to fit you in and efficient with time spent on vehicle. I?ve had to drop in without an appointment on occasion and he has accommodated me.
