My appointment was booked over the web, and I got a confirmation email and call from Charlene; however, when I arrived for my appointment it was not booked. Alin took my car anyway, and did all the work required, chasing down parts and staying late to get it done. The communication was excellent. I always trust what I'm told about what needed to be done to keep the car safe, and what can wait.

The Midas Associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the state of my vehicle. The Midas location also provides an inspection report that gives me a status update on every aspect of my vehicle and identifies potential future issues. I feel like I understand the concerns my vehicle has and I trust the work being done.

Booking a schedule is easy. I waited while they are repairing my car and they completed it pretty fast. I was not quoted on the price but the bill is reasonable.

Aaron and the crew have provided excellent service to me for 3 years. They don't try to upsell or push unwanted services on me.
