First time having service completed here. I appreciate the fact they didnt try to up sell stuff I didnt need done. Very friendly. Did excellent work

Had a brake emergency. All the staff,especially Sarah in the office and the technician,went well above and beyond to help me out.

i find the associates very kind and helpful, they explained to me what was needed in a language i could understand. i go to this outlet for all my service needs now, brakes and exhaust system. i find the work place is friendly and informative. i like to be told what is wrong and that they can fix it right there. i am thankful they serve me and treat me so nice as i was mean one time and i expected to be thrown out when i went back. instead they welcomed me and were very understanding of my bad day, i said i was sorry, they were gracias to me and were happy i was back. yes i will tell my friends about this outlet and in fact i already have today at work. i spread the word around and they are less than 5 minutes from work. told a few customers also, i will continue to use this outlet for my car's care. - from the 2006 Saturn, thank you !

Excellent service! Alex made sure everything went smooth and on time.

I needed a new muffler that required adaptation. A muffler was ordered but didn't fit so we had to wait for another muffler. We were treated very well and kept well informed. Unfortunately it was over the long weekend so that was a bit of a blip! Anyway muffler done and very pleased. Shelby served us each time and was fantastic and took us out and explained what had been done. He was so impressive with others while we waited and it was quite busy. He had time for everyone.

I stopped in without an appointment, they were nice enough to fit me in, very friendly and accommodating, and I was pleased with their service. That was the second time I've been there and I'll go back again.

Came in for a brake check at 9 am as there was a stone grinding away at rotor.... turns out it was the rotor, brake pad and caliper was seized. They took my car in right away and it was out by 5 pm. highly satisfied.

Went above and beyond to cusom fit my calipers

Changed what was broken but my cars still making the same sounds it was before I brought it in so they didn?t fix what I asked....tried calling to speak to the manager but no one returned my call
