Booked on line in morning, waited for someone to call us back (my husband is impatient so he called again) and they confirmed our time and was taken in a few minutes! I noticed the girl was very new behind the counter and 2 male employees were helping her so kindly and Patiently, I was very impressed to see the male macho mechanics taking their time to explain office work to a young female. I cannot say enough about the service at Duncan Midas - especially Manager Richard Baycroft and Assistant Manager Alex Heinz - these guys are the best! I was driving up to Nanaimo from Victoria and had an emergency with my car (cracked/leaking radiator)

As usual, the staff was very professional and the job was well done. Have been with Midas for the past 13 years and I am very happy with them.

Staff is always friendly. I fully trust the service people for pointing out potential problems and for non urgent issues they are never pushy. Its a great comfort for a woman walking into a service department!

They clearly tried hard to accommodate more work than was planned for. The shop was clean and obviously bery busy but they kept to the schedule promised.
