As usual the jobs were done expertly and in a friendly and helpful manner.

The staff was both courteous and professional. I asked for and got the mechanic that I wanted. Alex has always been very upfront with me and I trust him explicitly to tell me the truth as to what is required. I have been with this particular shop since I moved to Duncan 13 years ago and I am totally satisfied

Got our 1 ton in and out ordered the parts right away and always kept me up to date on the 1 ton and when parts came in I got a call and was done the next day amazing work.

The air conditioner seized, and as a result, the belt running the air conditioner, power steering and alternator was broken, making the vehicle undrivable. The staff at Midas immediately had a mechanic check and advised that the nearest part was in Montreal. This meant a wait period of approximately 1 week to get the part. I suggested that Midas do a lube, oil and filter, as well as removing the summer tires and installing the winter tires, which are on rims. It was agreed that this would be done while waiting for the part to arrive.
