Midas

Greeted in the usual friendly way with my name ( I had made an appointment) . I mentioned that I heard brake noise and was told they would check it. Gave me a price before the work was done. I inly use Midas!

The staff was considerate, knowledgeable and friendly. Have no doubt that the work was done correctly. But it is the interaction with staff that I will remember. Let’s face it a car is just a car.

Richard and his team know their stuff ... I have always felt that my vehicles are in good hands.

I am very impressed with the mechanics at the Duncan Midas as they managed to find a pin hole leak in the water pump as I was loosing a minor amount of antifreeze over the last month of driving. I will continue driving from Victoria to Duncan for this kind

I just dropped in for new wiper blades. The woman came out and measured my old wipers and had new ones on in 5 min. Very very polite and friendly. The friendly part is why I will go back.

The Duncan Midas is fairly close to home. A phone quote for all weather tires was given which was competitive. Service reception and explanation were efficient .

Staff were excellent and knowledgable. I think that this centre should invest in Tesla jack pads so that they don't rely on the customer to provide this; Tesla vehicles cannot have their tires changed without these pads. The pads cost about $30 and can be used on any Tesla. Seems like a cheap and easy way to gain a growing segment of the automotive population.
