I go to the Duncan location and I have been happy the last couple times I have gone there for my oil changes. No push for getting anything done and all the info and pictures ready for me. I will definitely come back. There hasn't been any big surprises eit

The guys at the Duncan Midas are always amazing and helpful when I call in. They don’t hesitate and squeezed me in when I explained the issues as there was a serious concern for safety. They were quick to diagnose the issues and even faster getting my truck back on the road. At pick up, the mechanic working on my truck was concerned that one of the parts may have had a faulty sensor and wouldn’t let me leave until I booked another appointment to have it switched out. (It was late in the evening and I needed the truck to get home!)
