As we have dealt with Don and his crew for some time we had our car towed to their shop when it broke down. They figured out what was wrong and let us know how much the repair would be and got our car back to us promptly.

I had a mechanical break down and had my car towed to Midas. They were able to deal with it in a timely matter, and also took the time to do an inspection.

I asked on our group drivers page where in Nanaimo to get the best deal on oil change. No one suggested Midas? I walked in and in an hour had the best deal in town!

Don and his staff are a great group of people. They provide wonderful service with a friendly attitude. I would not go anywhere else to have my vehicle services or repaired. I'm on my third vehicle being serviced by this branch.
