All I can say is I have been going to this Midas for over 15 years. And trust me when I say, that I would not if I felt used in any way shape or form. This midas is great and well run. Don't loose your management, thats where it all starts to go down hill

I was fortunate to bring my car in the day I booked appointment. Would bring my car back for service checks.

Brad, Don and Mike were congenial and friendly. When I left my bag and tablet in the car Mike immediately offered to drive it to my house ( very nearby ) and he was here within minutes. I asked Mike if I could see and take a photo of my old radiator and he immediately agreed and made it possible. To all my questions and requests I received direct answers without hesitation or fudging.

I love the guys at the front desk. Always helpful and let me know what might be coming up with my vehicle and what can wait.

Had to get my brakes repaired. They got me in for service right away and called after inspection. They gave options for repair and didn?t seem to try to up sell. It was get it repaired and get it going kind of attention. I like that. Front staff was polite

The tech (Robert) was very thorough in his inspection. There were major problems identified Don was very understanding of the situation and clearly explained all of the options. Mike is always personable

Friendly, informative staff quickly inspected my exhaust problem and offered options to repair it. I also decided to get an oil change while my vehicle was there. The work was done within a couple hours and I was very satisfied with the work. I also was provided with a inspection report that pointed out some items to be taken care of which was useful. Throughout all communication was very open and clear as to the scope of the work to be done and the costs involved. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my visit to my local Midas shop!
