They called me as well; and as i then I asked for every price of every thing they discovered that could be fixed he graciously gave me prices so I could decide what I could afford at the time. My service was completed within the expected time. Mike recognized me by name, I think, He knew I came in for oil change. At the end of the service Mike verbally reviewed the assessments with me. He took me outside ito show me where the tail pipe is.. My next expected oil change us written in MILES which is good because I bought my car in Seattle in 2001, and distance is measured in miles, not kilometers, in the USA.
