"I am not a regular customer, but I live close to Midas, when my truck stopped working (re starter) I was in my own driveway and could walk to Midas for help.It was Sat. Mike suggested I give the starter a hit and if this failed have it towed to the shop. "

Best customer service.They are always so courteous and explain everythnig so I can understad.I would not trust my car to any other place.

The guys at Midas have looked after my company car and my sports care for the last 5 years and they are simply the best.

I was very pleased with my experience. They were efficient and did a great job.

I recently had both the oil change plus rotation and brake package work completed. As usual the front desk and maintenance staff were excellent in all aspects of their work. The work was performed as scheduled and the price was reasonable.

These guys at Midas (Nanaimo Island Hwy) go above & beyond providing exceptional service and knowledge. I trust all my vehicles to the Midas touch! Thank you for all your help.

"I came to have the tailpipe adjusted which they did at no cost but discovered the serpentine belt was chirping and they replaced the belt and tensioner and I'm happy they found it , a good place to get your vehicle fixed!"

Couldn?t ask for more from the knowledgeable friendly service to the price correction that went in my favour. I?ve definitely found a new service center for my vehicles needs.

"I asked Midas to inspect my brakes, expecting to be advised to replace the pads, at a minimum. Instead they advised a cleaning which would prolong the life of the brakes. The rest of the car was inspected, although I had not asked for this, and no fault"

Mike managed to get our Van in right away and replace our blown belt and get us back on the road. On a Saturday ! Otherwise we'd of been stranded. Thank you !
