The counter staff at Midas Island Highway Nanaimo are really great. They bend over backwards to get your vehicle in promptly and the work done is always fully satisfactory. You never deal with the actual mechanics, Just the front counter staff, but the service required is always done well and the front end staff keep you informed by telephone concerning cost and when to retrieve your vehicle.

The staff were friendly, and I even managed to talk to the technician directly when he showed me the wear problem my brakes were having. Unfortunately the Rogers cell network was down, so I didn't benefit from the great communication the staff made with me (I got it a day later due to network troubles), but I was impressed. I would bring my car here again.

Don and Brad are always friendly and upfront about what work can wait and what can't. They also do their best to squeeze me into their busy schedule.
