The mechanic quickly and correctly diagnosed and quoted a muffler pipe hole. I was on my way within a few hours with a repaired vehicle.

Did what was needed and told me exactly that.

I have used midas in the past for all my oil changes and regular vehicle maintenance and have always felt like I can trust them. This location in particular has never tried to sell me a service my vehicle didn't require. As a female I've always felt inminatated going into a mechanic shop feeling like they are going to try and upsell me on things as my knowledge of mechanics is low. This midas has always been honest and told me I didn't require anything else as my vehicle was in brand new condition. I feel like they are extremely trust worthy . I will never hesitate to refer others to Midas in Nanaimo! Thank you ...from a loyal customer! Old fashioned customer service is hard to find these days...
