Had an appointment for one problem. Explained there was no problem there. Carefully suggested treads on tires indicated I neeeded tire change and there was a prmotion on at the time.

Someone answered the phone when I called, I could get an appointment in a reasonable time line, my vehicle was serviced within the appointment time, my tires were place in the tire covers, the waiting area was comfortable, the interactions I overheard while waiting were pleasant and helpful to customers

knowledges mechanics etc. is awesome. i’ve been there many times as a repeat customer and I’ve never had any problems which is a breath of fresh air. The front and staff are so polite to strike up conversation with you if you want and you feel like you’re at home you feel like you’re part of the family and family is everything I highly recommend Midas. I know it is difficult to find a mechanic shop that you feel comfortable that as a person you’re treated really well and your vehicle is fixed done right the first time. I highly recommend Midas. Midas is my go to place until the day I stop driving. Keep up the excellent work guys

U brought my van in with a brake issue in the morning and it was done by the early afternoon. The shop is willing to work with me and the warranty I have on my clappers I just have to pay for labour .
