I was very pleased that my car was actually finished before my appointment time! I had an unexpected appointment that I had to be home for so Midas moved things around so I could still get my oil change. They also called me when a part needed to be replaced. They also re-set my maintenance reminder so I didn't have to! Excellent customer service even though they were short staffed that day,

They allowed me to bring my car over right away. Took a look at it and explained the issue and what was needed. Booked the appointment for the next business day and allowed me to leave the car there on the Sat for the Monday appointment. Car was ready when arrived for pick up and everything is working. Staff was excellent. Professional, friendly and explained what issue was and the fix needed. Appreciated the extra in allowing me to bring it over when the issue occurred. Great service! Thank you.
