I have been using this location of Midas for about 7+ years. They have always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Always able to help me with any questions I have for any of the services I have required,, including tires, Brakes, oil changes, and other needs. Mechanics and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and check over my vehicles for any other issues they may find. I particularly would like to commend Spencer who has great knowledge and always remembers my name when I walk in. Also, just a great guy to chat with while waiting for my car, time permitting. Very professional.

Knowledgeable diagnostic and honest about identifying a small repair need. Priceless relief. I returned to receive other maintenance work that was great price for excellent timely service and good advice. I recommend highly. Thank you guys.

I have been going to the same Midas location in North Nanaimo, BC for many years for my auto service needs! The manager Spencer always gives me great service and the service techs always do a great job servicing my vehicle! The text message I get from the Midas service tech shows me the complete inspection report with actual photos of everything he has noted! I can comprehend photos better than a lot of service mumble jumble that I don't understand! My service tech this visit was Larry B. who was EXCELLENT! I now know MUCH MORE about the condition of my vehicle today, which certainly puts my mind at ease and less worry! THANKS Midas! You Guys ROCK!

I just needed new windshield wiper blades but kept putting it off because I was busy. Got to work 10 minutes early one day and saw Midas in the next parking lot. I got wipers changed out paid for service and was out the door before my 10 minutes was up.

Manager was very helpful, prompt on communication and knowledgable.
