I have been using this location of Midas for about 7+ years. They have always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Always able to help me with any questions I have for any of the services I have required,, including tires, Brakes, oil changes, and other needs. Mechanics and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and check over my vehicles for any other issues they may find. I particularly would like to commend Spencer who has great knowledge and always remembers my name when I walk in. Also, just a great guy to chat with while waiting for my car, time permitting. Very professional.

I have been going to the same Midas location in North Nanaimo, BC for many years for my auto service needs! The manager Spencer always gives me great service and the service techs always do a great job servicing my vehicle! The text message I get from the Midas service tech shows me the complete inspection report with actual photos of everything he has noted! I can comprehend photos better than a lot of service mumble jumble that I don't understand! My service tech this visit was Larry B. who was EXCELLENT! I now know MUCH MORE about the condition of my vehicle today, which certainly puts my mind at ease and less worry! THANKS Midas! You Guys ROCK!

We have been going to this Midas for several years. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. They have explained things clearly and have kept us informed of pending issues. They are friendly and have saved us money when they are able to.

I needed my squealing brakes repaired & went to several dealers that I normally use for service. I was told that they are booking into next week & even the following week so this wasn't going to work for me. I then contacted Midas on Hammond Bay Rd. & talk
