I went to this location twice and both times my engine oil was overfilled.The first time i received friendly service and i spent over $900 they offered free cab ride back home till my car was serviced.The 2nd time my experience wasnt too pleasant.They said

They are a great bunch from finding a problem my Honda dealer made to working around that problem and explaining it to me. They even put together a detailed report that I can go back to Honda with and hopefully they will fix the problem they made on my vehicle.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

My Rav4 had a change oil 2 weeks ago and this morning I noticed oil spill in my parking floor.i check the bottom oil pan and I noticed the drain plug was loose! I have to tighten it myself!

Staff was very accommodating and very helpful.

"After $900, My vehicle has no change with the issues I brought it in for, it may actually be in worse condition. Not very happy although the Metrotown Midas was fabulous, these guy's not so much."

The staff was very friendly. They even offered to buy me Tim Hortons coffee when they went out for a coffee run. I was very happy that they did an inspection on my vehicle and showed me what needed to be fixed.

Did oil change!Did find next day that something dropped underneath while driving!Went to mechanic he showed me one of the nut is missing!Fixed it right away! Not coming back here or would not recommend anyone from the same!

Dont like the service behaviourOnce your vehicle is in, they tell you so many problems in the vehicle unnecessarily which is even not needed to be done now.
