It’s the middle of winter, my car suddenly had the key stuck in the ignition and an oil leak that started smoking I called them and within a few minutes notice a gentleman named Les answered and was able to accommodate a drop off visit. Once I arrived they were very patient and kind and explained things respectfully to me (a first time driver and car owner and female). The guys there got a little chuckle from my blue fluffy interior but were able to help me understand the situation with my vehicle and the options moving forwards. Would definitely recommend.

They are a great bunch from finding a problem my Honda dealer made to working around that problem and explaining it to me. They even put together a detailed report that I can go back to Honda with and hopefully they will fix the problem they made on my vehicle.

The staff was very friendly. They even offered to buy me Tim Hortons coffee when they went out for a coffee run. I was very happy that they did an inspection on my vehicle and showed me what needed to be fixed.
