From the time I walked I was greeted very pleasantly by Alvin the guy at the counter and the technicians showed me exactly what my car needed and I was even given a courtesy car since my repairs were gonna take all day and my car needed a lot of work. I w

I was greeted with a warm welcome and explained that I would be called to explain all the problems that needed to be looked after about my car. In a timely fashion I was emailed with what needed to be done. I then was texted and called explaining everything in detail all that was done. I then went to pick up my car and once again was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. I was completely satisfied from start to finish and would take my vehicle back there anytime.

Very detailed and forthcoming about the situation with my vehicle. Clear communication regarding my options for repairs and what they would look like budget wise. Very knowledgeable about each problem they found and how it would effect the use of the car long term. they also explained which issues were priority and which were less pressing issues so that I could choose which repairs were feasible in the moment. As well as what to do to maintain the vehicle until my next visit for the remaining repairs. The visit gave me confidence as a first time car owner, may be strange but i felt educated once I left. I learned more about the vehicle which I truly appreciated.

Went beyond the service of every where else. I could feel that they where truly concerned with my car and kept me up to date and gave me options as well. They also worked well as a team, all of them together.
