oil change took 6 hours and then they handed me an extensive list of 'required repairs'. I asked for an estimate and they said they would email it over.. been 3 days and have yet to receive it. Was very surprised about all of necessary repairs.. last tim

Was to have Synthetic Oil but they only did a standard bulk oil change. I was not charged for the Synthetic. They also peeled off my work parking sticker to put the next service sticker on. Will discuss with the Manager at my next visit.

The staff was very welcoming and was honest with the service. They were honest how busy they were and was concern about when I needed the car back. They were considerate and open to answering any questions I had.

I would NOT recommend this location.1) Estimate was done and I was informed the price and I asked if the car would be ready at the end of the day - I was assured it would be. Set price and set time by Midas.2) I was called 30 minutes before the shop closed

Jay and the team provided excellent customer service and communication.

I was told that it would take 30min to change the tire but it ended up 2:30 late.
