Frank and Jay ALWAYS make the time to get me in asap. Most cases are even same day. The inspection is done, estimate given and never a surprise at the end. I have sent several people their way. Both family cars are looked after by them and they are very conveniently located to us which helps.

Frank at the cloverdale location was very honest, open and communicative. He guided me as I do not have much car knowledge and was kind and straightforward. He did not pressure me to fix everything on my vehicle but gave me a list of the musts versus the things that can wait!

As soon as Frank answered my call until I picked my car up after the shocks and suspension was replaced, I was kept in the loop about time and price. Very friendly staff and my car was completed earlier than expected.
