This is my go to shop from now on! Service advisors were very friendly and courteous to listen and to as well provide feedback. They go out of the way to ensure that my concern is met. The service advisor contacted the mechanic assigned to my service call and we went on a test drive - that made a HUGE difference as they took the time for this and let me point out the issue. Other places I've been to don't even come close to this type of service. The entire crew and the mechanic (Nard) were simply amazing - Nard was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to me - his knowledge and experience makes a huge difference.
