Service was prompt and effective. All personnel were very friendly and respectful. I have mobility issues and they delivered the car right to the office door and made sure I had the least amount of trouble getting to the car and inside. Price was reasonable.

I been with Midas for over 20yrs. start in Bby then i move so then went the Vancouver Kingsway and Victory. Now move to New Westminster go to midas 5788 Kingsway Bby. i do recommend Midas they are here to help you not make money.

Friendly staff explained the service to me what would happen and gave a very accurate time the service would take before i got my vehicle back.

I have been using the Midas location on Kingsway and Imperial for quite a few years now and I have had nothing but great service. They do the repairs as quickly as possible and let you know what can be done now and what can wait till later.

Midas quickly diagnosed the issue with brakes and recommend the fix, provide the estimated value and time needed to work on the issue. Work was done petty quickly

The staff are amazing. They take time to discuss the service and the goal upon completion. They are always pleasant to deal with and concerned for my ultimate safety.

I am pleased with the service in this Midas location. I?ve been coming here for years. I feel that they are honest with what work needs to be done urgent or which ones can wait. This way customers won?t have to spend so much at one time.

I had booked in for noon and then completely forgot about it. When i remembered I was 2 hours late. I apologized and was told not to worry, they found a way to get me in. When they inspected my tires they found a screw so they called me about it and then fixed it for me. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy in their jobs. I'll happily go there from now on.

I came in because of a noisy suspension problem. They were very thorough and took their time to assess the problem correctly. Told me I need a new suspension.

I visited Midas for the first time. I did an oil change. They inspected my car for any problems and took pictures to show me. The service was amazing. And my car had a tire problem. And I I will visit Midas again. Trust and trust go.
