Easy to book an appointment, friendly staff, decent pricing for oil change, close to downtown, quick servicing, tidy office space and and explanation was given as to the service and why the price was set.

Everyone was knowledgeable in the products and service they provided. It was good to see that they were not just out to make a sale.

An oil change is a simple matter. I booked, dropped it off, the job got done and I paid. Quick and easy. I also received a digital inspection, which made me aware that my tie-rod needs changing. Explains why I felt a pull sometimes. I thought it's the winter road conditions:)
