Dropped in late in the day for an oil chsnge and they had no hesitation getting my car serviced. They knew me by name and we chatted like friends while the work was being done. Great service team and high quality work.

I attended the Midas on Mapleview. When I walked in the owner asked right away if I was Rick. He was polite and took me information. There was coffee available and reading material. I asked him to check my brakes and aftercare check he brought me in the shop and gave me an update. I was impressed with the personal service I received.

My car was making noises that literally had me fearing my undercarriage was going to fall off. I didn't have an appointment but I took a chance and dropped my car off the night before and left my keys in the drop box hoping they would be able to fit it in

It was easy to book online within a time frame that worked for me. They were ready for me when I arrived and my car was serviced in a timely manner, minimal time sitting around.
