Made an appointment to have winters put on. Went in and they said i didn't have an appointment booked. Showed the manager the quote. Booked me for the following Monday which I was happy with. However he called me and had the tires put on later that day. Amazing service

Easy booking. Super competitive pricing. Smooth and pro execution. I'll be back and have already recommended to friends. The only feedback I'd provide would be to have expanded hours during tire change season as most people are procrastinators or don't want to admit that winter is coming. And I do hope that now that you have had me in for winter tire purchase that you'll proactively remind me to come in for a change back. I'd say that you could even offer a slight discount or some other offer to get me back in 2+ times a year like a quality dealership would. Loyalty is easy to gain if you make the process easy and useful. Cheers.

I had made an online reservation to buy and install winter tires. I chose Midas mainly because of the buy 3 get the 4th one free offer. Dave was able to schedule me in much earlier than I that I would get in and relieved a lot of stress about the whole process getting done in time for the first snowfall, which in Nova Scotia can be anytime in November.

Had back brakes replaced...car works great...done within 3 hours... bit pricy but certainly worth it.
