The customer care was A+. Dawn is a role model for Customer Service. The experience was very refreshing. Communication was easy, service knowledgeable and thoughtful. I was reminded of the customer service of days long gone, when those working on my vehicle did a great job and also kept me updated as to something that may be coming down the pipeline. I felt like I was a valued customer, and that my vehicle and its operating condition was important as well. I have always been a Midas Muffler fan and am very happy to now know that I can rely on Midas Automotive for my vehicle care.

The two staff at the counter were courteous friendly and sociable. I had stopped in and had my sons car checked over and the service was fast and the technician that explained the problem was honest and open.
