The girl at the desk is always so pleasant, efficient and competent. All the car stuff was great - very clear explanations, review of the report card, etc. I was taking my dog for a walk during the service vs waiting in the waiting room. When I returned to pick up my car, she even brought my pup a bowl of water. That wasn't expected or requested but very much appreciated. Very personalized service!

Laura is always very helpful. Recently, Midas checked my tire pressure. It turns out it was just cold weather causing the tires to seem deflated and they checked my tires and reinflated them at no cause.
