I've dealt with this Midas location(Orillia) for many years & will continue to do so. The staff is extremely courteous, efficient, and take the time to fully explain the inspection results with you. They inform you which issues should be dealt with immediately & what can wait. The choice is yours with no pressure. Thanks for a great experience Laura!

I was told what the problem was in timely fashion and was shown the problem while my vehicle was on the hoist. This is what a customer wants to see as apposed to technical jargon.

The staff was super friendly and kindly explained the issue that my vehicle had. They were honest about my issue and did not try to get more money out of me or price it unfairly. They explained it very clear with no judgement to my questions. Fantastic service

Friendly, courteous, clean, service when I wanted, service done on time while I waited, having coffee available....pricing. All service is fully explained. Any questions were answered to my satisfaction.....even suggestions for service outside of Midas., i.e. body work

Since I have been visiting Midas Orillia only was disappointed once. After that I noticed that the staff were better with everything. I went back anyway because I always liked the service. Hopefully I continue getting good experience. Everyone is nice and very caring about the need of the client. Planning on going back in 2 weeks or so for oil change Thank you! Having someone coming over to me to show me how the inspection went and explained it in detail. Also helped me price out what I needed, instead of other shops just turning the screen and not explaining it
