Took an appointment for switching tires. They refused to do it because of the review I made previously. I don't understand what they mean by reviews. Please take that off your website!!!

Went to get my blower motor checked. Quoted me $690 and I got it done elsewhere for $90 including parts. They rip you off!!!

The Service Advisors were very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and tidy. While I didn't use it, the staff had the network password available for those that wanted it. Hot beverages were also available.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness was impeccable. When my car was completed, the staff went over and showed me the photos and went over what to do next with my car. Very impressed.

Josh the front desk person was being genuine and explained everything properly.

The guy was very polite, honest and all my questions were answer . Just one thing was not satisfaction the maintenance guy left dirty finger marks on the side door and staring wheel.
