I always find that Jim or Mike explains exactly what is going on with my vehicle and they even bring me in to show me the problem. They don't assume that I know nothing about cars. There is never any pressure to do more than you want and if safety is a concern, they will point this out. Receive excellent care all the time.

Mature, knowledgeable service providers who took time to hear me explain in a non mechanical way the trouble i was experiencing. They hypothesize a diagnosis and estimate with precision. The problem was exactly as the service manager thought it was and got the parts in immediately. He said it would be done by 4pm - I received the call to pick it up early at 1pm!!!! The cost was reasonable with no price inflations. I had the car looked at by Master mechanics the day before who quoted me $2900 with all kinds of issues to front end - I could tell something wasnt right when i asked to see the car and have them explain it to me (maybe they thought a girl would just pay anything). Instead Harry at Midas was spot on with his diagnosis and it only cost me $960. He advised all the other issues I was told by other mechanics was not true. The car drives fabulously with only new front brakes! They treat everyone with dignity, respect, fair & equal. Highly recommend this location because all their staff treat all exactly the same as I looked around. Its very clean, positive energy and HONEST!!! This is my new "go to" mechanics even if it is a bit out of the way - its work the drive.

I would recommend this location to everyone I know. Carlos and Mike are always helpful. This location makes you feel like you are family. That is the kind of shop you will feel comfortable with. I highly recommend this shop for any of your repairs.
