I had a full brake inspection and was told the front brakes couldn't wait long but the back would be 476.00... everything but the calipers which only needed service. I dropped the car at 8am with a promise I could have it back at 1pm. At 1130 I got a call

The service manager was courteous and solicitous. The cost of the service was very reasonable for the GTA. They went above and beyond at no extra cost to check on a few things for me. I'll be going back for my maintenance needs.

Management is really rude, I met both owners. Poor service overall. Didnt call to advise of actual issue. Untrustworthy.

They found a part for my car not available anywhere in Ontario.

As I required major work to be done on the car ‘I wanted to know what the cost and breakdown of costs would be. I received what ‘I thought was a good explanation and when I went back to pick up the car the cost was spot on the estimate.

Scheduling was easy and fast. Able to accommodate apt same day. Prompt response to on line booking. Service was friendly and fast. Good location.

Have been dealing with this Midas Service Centre for many years, multiple vehicles and have always had a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff.

The owner is very helpful, explains what the issues are and what is the best course of action. In other words a very professional approach.
