When they say they will respond to an online booking within 1 hour what they actually mean is they will not respond within 24h even if you had tried to book three times. A very disappointing system when booking with a phone call is not an option.

There was no communication problems. Agent verified availability of special lubricants. Work was completed quickly and the appearance of the car afterwards was good. This service was rescheduled from a previous date which I cancelled due to severe weather forecast. There was no problem rescheduling.
